Solutions for Dealers and Manufacturers (OEM)

We integrate telemetry solutions with machinery, giving your business a unique selling point.

In the world of digital agriculture, data is key. AgriTechTeam provides agricultural machinery dealers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with ready-to-use telemetry and IoT systems that give your brand a competitive edge.

Telemetry and CAN Bus: The machine’s digital nervous system

The CAN (Controller Area Network) bus is the system through which all information regarding the technical condition of a tractor, combine harvester or loader is transmitted. Thanks to our data loggers, you gain direct insight into the ‘heart’ of the machine without having to connect a service computer on site.

ISOBUS: Digital recording of machine

We provide solutions that connect your client’s fleet of machinery. Thanks to data loggers, every second of a machine’s operation is recorded and uploaded to the cloud without any human intervention.

In the ISOBUS standard, the data logger acts as a ‘black box’. We connect it to the data bus, from where it retrieves complete information about the operation being carried out: application rate (kg/ha, l/ha), working speed, section status (on/off), pressure and even GPS position.

Two-way wireless data exchange

No more transferring maps onto USB sticks. Our system operates on an office-field:

From the office to the machine: We prepare a variable rate application (VRA) map on a computer and send it wirelessly (GSM/LTE) straight to the terminal in the tractor.

From the machine to the office: The real-time data logger sends a report on the task being carried out. You can see, for example, how much fertiliser or spray liquid was actually used during the operation.

Non-ISOBUS solutions: Digital fleet management for specialist vehicles

At AgriTechTeam, we know that whether you’re in the orchard or on the road, what counts is proof of the work done. Our systems collect data directly from the machine’s components (hydraulics, PTO shaft, flow meters), bypassing the lack of a standard factory communication protocol.

Municipal Sector: Irrefutable proof of service

For companies providing services to towns and local authorities, the most important document is the service completion report, which forms the basis for issuing an invoice.

Winter road maintenance (Snow ploughs/Gritting lorries):

Plough status: An inductive sensor on the plough arm reports when it was lowered (in operation) and when it was raised (transit).

Gritting monitoring: We record the moment the salt spreader is switched on. You have proof that the street was cleared of snow and gritted at a specific time.

Landscaping (Mowers): The system detects when the PTO shaft was engaged.

Fruit Growing Industry: Tractors and Sprayers

Even if your orchard tractor isn’t ISOBUS-compatible, our Non-ISOBUS system monitors key operating parameters:

Row coverage map: You can see in the app which plots have already been treated. The system eliminates the risk of missing a row or unnecessary double spraying.

Working speed control: Crucial for spraying effectiveness. If the operator drives too fast, the droplets will not penetrate the tree canopy.

Machine operating time (PTO): We record the actual operating time of the sprayer or mower.
