The Controller ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee that personal data and inquiry details regarding farm infrastructure are fully secure and protected against unauthorized access.
§2 Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Handling inquiries and contact: To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form regarding AgTech technology and IoT systems — based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Performance of services and agreements: To take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and to perform the agreement for the implementation of precision agriculture and telemetry systems (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Analytics and statistics: To optimize website functionality, diagnose device errors, and adapt the digital solutions offer to market needs — based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Direct marketing: To send commercial information regarding new features and updates of IoT systems — solely based on your explicit and voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
§3 Data Retention Period
Inquiries and negotiations: For the duration of commercial discussions, and in the absence of a contract — for a period of up to 6 months from the last contact, in order to secure potential legal claims.
Performance of the agreement: For the duration of the B2B/B2C/B2D cooperation and until the expiry of limitation periods for claims resulting from legal provisions and tax-accounting obligations.
Marketing: Until you withdraw your consent to data processing or object to such processing.
§4 Data Recipients and Transfer Outside the EEA

§6 Automated Decision-Making (Profiling)
Technical data regarding farms, machine configurations, or data collected by IoT sensors may be processed automatically to optimize agronomic recommendations. However, the Controller does not make any automated decisions that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you without human intervention.
§7 Cookies and Technical Logs
The website uses Cookies for functional purposes (session maintenance) as well as statistical and analytical purposes.
Every User has the option to manage cookies independently from the level of their web browser settings (blocking, deleting). Disabling cookies may affect the proper functioning of certain interactive elements of the website.
The Controller automatically collects server logs (such as IP address, time of inquiry). This data is used solely for administrative purposes, diagnostics of errors in the telemetry infrastructure of the website, and to ensure the cybersecurity of the website.
