§1 General Provisions
The owner of the website operating at www.agritechteam.pl is Krumix Łukasz Krutak, with its registered office at: al. Jana Pawła II 38, 48-340 Głuchołazy, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 753 215 16 19 (hereinafter: “the Owner”).
The website serves informational, educational, and promotional purposes, presenting precision agriculture solutions, IoT systems, telemetry infrastructure, and analytical dashboards for data visualization.

§2 Electronic Services
As part of the Website, the Owner provides free electronic services consisting of:
Providing substantive content regarding AgTech technologies.
Providing an interactive contact form for submitting inquiries.
The agreement for the provision of services is concluded upon entering the website. The User may stop using the Website at any time without any further obligations.
§3 Technical Requirements and Safety
To display the Website correctly, a device with Internet access and a browser supporting Cookies and JavaScript is required.
It is prohibited for the User to provide illegal content, attempt to interfere with the website’s source code, or take actions that could disrupt the telemetry systems presented on the Website.
§4 Intellectual Property Protection (IP)
All materials on the Website, including technical descriptions of VRA systems (Variable Rate Application — technology for precise dosing of fertilizers/seeds), ISOBUS/CAN-bus integration diagrams, graphics, analytical panel interfaces, and logos, are the intellectual property of the Owner.
Copying or using fragments of the content for commercial purposes by third parties (e.g., competing dealers) without the Owner’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
§5 Nature of Information and Liability Disclaimer
The content on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. It serves as an invitation to negotiate.
The Owner emphasizes that actual agronomic results (e.g., fertilizer savings, mapping precision) depend on the specifics of a particular farm, machine configuration, and field conditions.
The Owner is not liable for short-term interruptions in access to the Website resulting from maintenance work or failures independent of network infrastructure providers.
§6 Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The administrator of Users’ personal data is the Owner (Krumix Łukasz Krutak).
Data is processed solely for the purpose of handling inquiries sent via the contact form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
Detailed rules for data processing, retention periods, and User rights (access, rectification, deletion) are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
§7 Complaints and Disputes
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website should be sent to: kontakt@agritechteam.pl. The processing time is up to 14 days.

§8 Final Provisions and Amendments
The Owner reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions in the event of legal changes or expansion of the Website’s functionality. Changes come into effect on the day the new content is published.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
Disputes with business entities (B2B) shall be resolved by the court competent for the Owner’s registered office.
